[11] Different products have different processing duration. Processing duration indicated for each product is just an estimation. The duration of the processing is subjected to the availability of time, the numbers of orders received. The time needed to process the order will be stated in the confirmation email, and is negotiable.

[12] A comfirmation email will be sent to you to comfirm your order, at least 1 day after of sending in the order form. If there are any changes to your order, please include it in your reply within 2 days. You won't be able to cancel your orders or make changes to your orders after your reply.
